Return & Refund Policy – Bioderma Pakistan

Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 3 business days of receiving your order, provided it meets the conditions mentioned below.


How to Initiate a Return

You can access a complimentary LEOPARD Courier return shipping label and begin the return process through one of the following ways:

  1. Log in to your account on www.bioderma.com.pk, go to “My Orders”, and select the order you wish to return.

  2. Enter your Order Number and Email Address.

  3. From your shipping confirmation email, click on “Track My Order” to begin the return.

Return Process Steps

  1. Log in to your account and access your order under “My Orders”.

  2. Click on "Return Items", select “Method of Payment Refund”, and submit the return request.

  3. You will receive a confirmation email containing the LEOPARD Courier account number.

  4. Visit your nearest LEOPARD Courier Center. Share the account number with the representative and collect the CN (tracking slip) for your parcel.

Refund Details by Method

  • Refund Voucher: Sent to the email address registered with Bioderma.com.pk. Usable only under the same email.

  • Debit/Credit Card: If the refund is not visible in your bank statement, please contact your issuing bank.

  • Easypaisa Wallet: If refund isn't visible, dial 3737 from your Easypaisa number or call 051-111-345-100.

  • Bank Deposit: Ensure that your provided IBAN is correct. Do not use Basic Bank Accounts (BBA).

Important: Vouchers are one-time use only. Any remaining balance from a voucher will not carry forward or be refunded.


Return Terms & Conditions

  • Only items purchased from www.bioderma.com.pk are eligible for return, refund, or exchange.

  • Exchanges are only allowed for items of the same price (excluding applied discounts).

  • Products purchased on discounts, promotions, or in bundles are not eligible for exchange.

  • Product containers must be 90-95% full. Tampered containers or those mixed with other products will not qualify.

  • Partial returns of sets are not allowed. You must return the complete bundle for a refund.

  • Products must be returned in original and undamaged manufacturer packaging. Do not tape or sticker the product box.

  • “Change of mind” is not a valid reason for return.

  • We are not responsible for items that are damaged due to misuse, spills, theft, or being dropped.
